Requirements

  • Web server - Apache
  • MySQL - 5.1+
  • PHP version 5.6 or newer is recommended

Installation

Follow the below steps to install the software:


  • Download the file which you have purchased
  • Upload zip file in your server
  • Extract the zip file that you uploaded
  • Create a database using hosting database wizard
  • Import the database.sql file from the downloaded folder
  • Go to the downloaded folder, find and open the .env file
  • Change the following things

  • Go to public folder and cut the index.php and .htaccess file and paste them in the main directory
  • Open the index.php file with any text editor and change the following lines

  • Now go to your browser and check your domain ??

User Guide

Admin

  • Login to the system
  • Default user name is jon@mail.com and password is 120120


  • After successfully logged in you will be prompted to dashboard



  • Add Personal details, change email, password and profile pic
  • Go to settings > profile



  • Change your brand logo, favicon and footer text
  • Go to settings > general



  • Add an Employee. Go to Peoples > Employees > Add Employee



  • Add a Customer. Go to Peoples > Customers > Add Customer



  • Add a Supplier. Go to Peoples > Suppliers > Add Supplier



  • Add a Category. Go to Category > Categories > Add Category



  • Add a Sub Category. Go to Category > Sub Categories > Add Sub Category



  • Add a Warehouse. Go to Accounts > WareHouse > Add Warehouse



  • Now add a Product. Go to Products > Add Product



  • Add a Purchase. Go to Purchases from the sidebar menu
  • Add multiple purchase simply by clicking the + icon and if a purchase is not needed, delete it by clicking the - icon



  • Add a sale by going to Sales from the sidebar
  • Add multiple sale simply by clicking the + icon and if a sale is not needed, delete it by clicking the - icon



  • Watch the report of Income, Expense and Revenue

Employee

  • Login


  • Add a product by going to Products > Add Product



  • Add a Purchase. Go to Purchases from the sidebar menu
  • Add multiple purchase simply by clicking the + icon and if a purchase is not needed, delete it by clicking the - icon



  • Add a sale by going to Sales from the sidebar
  • Add multiple sale simply by clicking the + icon and if a sale is not needed, delete it by clicking the - icon




Guest User

  • Watch the available products in the inventory. Go to Products from the sidebar



  • Quotation. Go to Estimate from the sidebar
